These Terms of Service govern your use of www.rueseo.com and purchases from rueseo. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Store use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security or functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store in violation of applicable law.

2. Products

We try to describe products, colors, materials, measurements, availability, and pricing accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, production batch, or supplier photography. Measurements may have normal manufacturing tolerances.

Some lookbook or editorial images may be AI-generated or created for styling inspiration. If an editorial image differs from the item being sold, the product listing, variant details, measurements, and actual product photographs control.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices may change before an order is placed. Taxes, duties, shipping, and other charges may be added where applicable. Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment.

5. Outfit bundles

Outfit bundles contain the individual products identified on the bundle page. Component availability and selectable sizes may vary. Bundle pricing may be lower than buying the included items separately. If a required component becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may contact you regarding an alternative, delay, cancellation, or refund.

6. Shipping and fulfillment

Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party providers and may arrive in separate packages. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control may occur.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the return or refund terms posted on the store at the time of purchase. Some products may be final sale where disclosed. For help, contact support@rueseo.com.

8. Promotions

Discounts, bundle savings, and promotions may have separate conditions, may be changed or ended at any time, and generally cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

The rueseo name, store design, branding, original text, graphics, and other protected content are owned by or licensed to rueseo. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected store content without permission.

10. Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify, payment services, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics services, advertising services, and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, or content except as required by law.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rueseo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold rueseo harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
